Transforming the customer experience for various large-scale industries, such as telecommunications, travel, and B2B SaaS, by utilizing Salesforce Industries (SFI) capabilities and industry leading practices. Playing a crucial role in guiding user experience efforts in UX lead project roles with multiple years of hands-on client experience in sales process; configuration, pricing, quoting (CPQ) process; customer and partner relationship management (PRM) portal design utilizing CRM Analytics, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, SFI CPQ, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Led the user experience design efforts on building new automation and process flows for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Replacement Reactor Program System (RRPS), a project management and tracking system for licensed nuclear facility operators. Previously, end-users had to enter data from multiple sources manually. With new automation and process flows implemented, end-users reported quicker processing times, improved accuracy, and efficiency in RRPS.

  • Standardized UI patterns and hierarchical design language.

  • Collected user requirements by researching and interviewing users.

  • Facilitated design meetings and presented UI design solutions, concepts, and interactive prototypes to users and stakeholders for feedback.

  • Performed a usability audit on RRPS, which identified issues and provided solutions to pass Section 508 Standards.

Built a new enterprise platform from the ground up that will serve multiple government field office locations. Served as a multifaceted UI/UX Designer focused on designing new user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
